Stefania Vitale supports women in their relationship with food and their bodies through an approach centered on listening to internal cues, bodily sensations, and eating behaviors.
With a degree in nutrition, she has supported over 500 women in recent years. Her work is grounded in the principles of intuitive eating, while gradually expanding into a more body-based and somatic approach.
She works with women who want to move away from control, better understand their eating behaviors, and develop a more fluid relationship with food, through a respectful approach adapted to their reality.
Her support is non-medical and is part of a process of reconnection with oneself, exploration, and understanding of one’s experience with food.
She also facilitates workshops and conferences in corporate settings, focusing on the relationship with food and workplace well-being.
