Liability Waiver, Norms & Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is entered into between the Participant (“I”, “me”, or “my”) and REVIBE / SEEKERS (“the Organizer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding participation in one of the retreats, experiences, or programs offered by REVIBE & SEEKERS in various locations worldwide.

By submitting payment and confirming participation, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to all the conditions outlined below.

1. Understanding of Retreat Types

I confirm that I have carefully reviewed the description of the retreat I am booking.

  • REVIBE (Flagship – Mixed) – open to all genders
  • REVIBE HER – Women Only
  • REVIBE HIM – Men Only
  • REVIBE US – Couples / Duos / Parent–Child
  • SEEKERS – Adventure, exploration & personal expansion
  • HUMANITARIAN RETREATS – Personal growth + global service

I understand that not all retreats are women-only or men-only and that it is my responsibility to verify the type of retreat before booking.

I acknowledge that misunderstanding the retreat type does not constitute grounds for a refund.

2. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participating may involve physical, emotional, psychological and environmental risks, including:

  • Physical strain from movement, hiking, or activities
  • Emotional release during therapeutic or embodiment practices
  • Environmental risks (weather, terrain, wildlife, water)
  • Travel-related risks
  • Cultural, environmental, or remote-area conditions

I voluntarily assume full responsibility and full risk for my participation in the retreat and all associated activities.

3. Medical & Psychological Responsibility

I confirm that:

  • I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the retreat
  • I have consulted a professional if necessary
  • I do not suffer from any condition that would make participation unsafe unless disclosed
  • I will disclose all relevant medical or psychological information truthfully

REVIBE do not provide medical or psychiatric services and are not responsible for injuries, illness, trauma, or conditions that may arise.

4. Liability Release & Indemnification

I release REVIBE and all affiliates from any claims arising from:

  • My participation in the retreat
  • Travel to and from the retreat
  • Activities during or outside programmed sessions
  • Use of facilities, equipment, or transport
  • Emotional or psychological experiences
  • Illness, injury, or accident

I agree to indemnify and hold REVIBE harmless against claims made by myself or others.

5. No Refund Policy

I acknowledge that all payments, including deposits, are non-refundable due to the exclusive and limited nature of the retreats.

A one-time transfer of credit may be granted if requested at least 90 days before start.

No refunds will be issued due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Emotional reasons
  • Personal schedule changes
  • Travel issues
  • Misunderstanding retreat type
  • Illness or emergency
  • Visa issues
  • Force majeure

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Travel & Insurance Responsibility

I understand I am responsible for:

  • Passport and visa requirements
  • Flights and travel logistics
  • Travel insurance
  • Medical insurance
  • Compliance with local laws

REVIBE are not responsible for disruptions caused by airlines, borders, weather, or government actions.

7. Conduct & Group Safety

Any of the following may result in removal without refund:

  • Aggressive or violent behavior
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Drug or alcohol abuse
  • Unsafe or disruptive conduct
  • Inappropriate sexual behavior
  • Violation of consent or boundaries

8. Schedule & Program Changes

Facilitators, schedules, locations, and activities may change with notice. Such changes do not justify a refund.

9. Media Release

I grant REVIBE permission to capture photos/videos during the retreat and use them for marketing, social media, and promotional materials.

If I do not wish to appear, I must notify organizers 90 days before the retreat.

10. Acknowledgement & Agreement

  • I have carefully read this agreement
  • I understand all terms and conditions
  • I accept full responsibility for my participation
  • I release REVIBE of any liability
  • I certify that the information I provide is true and complete

Over 4 days and 3 nights, you’ll travel through two extraordinary destinations in Tanzania: Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater.

In Tarangire, you’ll move through vast open plains, ancient baobab trees, and one of the most stunning wildlife ecosystems in East Africa. Known for its large elephant herds and striking landscapes, Tarangire offers a kind of beauty that instantly slows you down and pulls you into the present moment.

In Ngorongoro Crater, one of the richest and most extraordinary ecosystems in the world, you’ll experience an unforgettable safari with the possibility of spotting lions, black rhinos, zebras, buffalo, hippos, hyenas, and more. It’s a place that reminds you how vast, intelligent, and alive this world really is.

And then, the journey deepens.

One of the most meaningful parts of this experience is a humanitarian visit to a local orphanage, where participants will have the opportunity to meet the children, connect with the local community, and personally deliver donations gathered before the trip.

Before departure, each participant is invited to organize their own fundraiser if they feel called to do so. Participants are also welcome to bring useful items such as school supplies, clothing, or essential goods to contribute directly to the children’s needs.

This part of the journey is not about performance.
